I am a very careful worker. I believe in having a well-defined design plan that aligns with stakeholder expectations, project goals, and the needs of learners.

The learning experiences I design include measurable outcomes, content that supports the desired outcomes, and assessments that allow learners to apply new concepts. Identified learning outcomes, content, and assessments should all align in any given learning experience. This kind of alignment leads to high engagement because the learning experience makes sense to the user.

I also believe it is imperative to incorporate adult education principles into my learning designs. Incorporating these principles leads to higher user engagement because the design is tailored to the needs of the learners.
